OK. So today I have a direct observation at my clinic. I get to pretend that I am back in nursing school and give a TB test to a hotdog and stuff like that. Good times.

My friend, Wendy, just called me and told me about her exciting babysitting experience. She took these two little boys to the park, where they go all the time. Now, the mom lets the boys pee right out in the open if they have to go, so of course they just feel free to pee even if it is not their mom with them at the park. So my friend is watching the oldest boy, Jack (age 5) ride his scooter. The other little boy, Nick (age 3) is behind her eating the picnic lunch. My friend turns around and notices that Nick is no longer eating, but he is over by a tree with his pants down. To her horror, he is not peeing, but taking a dump instead. Yes, he is squatting next to the tree and making a huge mess. She has to go over and pick up the poop with the plastic sandwich baggies, and try to clean Nick up, but she can't with out any paper. She decided to just pull up his pants and give him a bath when they get back. As she does this he feels he has to finish the job and starts to pee. But his pants are already up and you know the result. They went home right away. Wendy says she thinks the other park-goers were too far away to figure out what was going on. Ahh, more good times.
